Account support
Bookings are made and paid for entirely in the app.
Signing in
Create an account with your email and password, confirm your email, and complete your dog's one-time profile.
Booking a stay
Choose one or more dogs, review live availability, select daycare or boarding, pick your dates, confirm the total, and pay securely in the app.
Payments and refunds
Payments are securely processed by Stripe. Your upcoming and completed stays remain available in the Stays section.
Profile and privacy requests
Dog profiles, vaccination records, schedule-sharing choices, bookings, and private stay photos are managed through the app. To permanently delete your account and saved app data, open Home, Account Settings, and Delete Account.
